PIFC Support Officer Funding Agreement

This agreement records the participating organisation’s contribution to the shared PIFC Support Officer arrangements for the period 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2029.

    PIFC Support Officer Participation and Funding Agreement (2026–2029)

    This Agreement records the Organisation's participation in the funding of the additional Plant Industry Forum Committee (PIFC) Support Officer hours and associated PIFC Operational Budget for the period 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2029.

    1. Organisation Details





    The Annual Contribution shown above is inclusive of GST and represents the Organisation's combined annual contribution towards the additional PIFC Support Officer hours and the PIFC Operational Budget.

    2. Agreement

    Parties

    This Agreement is made between:

    • Grain Producers Australia Limited (ABN 63 169 359 332) (GPA); and

    • the Organisation identified above.

    Purpose

    The Organisation agrees to participate in funding the additional PIFC Support Officer hours and the shared PIFC Operational Budget to support the ongoing administration and coordination of the Plant Industry Forum Committee.

    Funding Arrangements

    The Annual Contribution displayed in the Organisation Details section is inclusive of GST and represents the Organisation's total annual contribution towards the additional PIFC Support Officer hours and the PIFC Operational Budget.

    Invoices will be issued annually by Grain Producers Australia unless an alternative payment method is selected below.

    Term

    This Agreement commences on 1 July 2026 and continues until 30 June 2029 unless terminated earlier by agreement between the parties.

    GST

    All Annual Contributions specified under this Agreement are inclusive of GST. Grain Producers Australia will issue a valid tax invoice in accordance with Australian taxation requirements.

    Variation

    Any variation to this Agreement must be agreed in writing by both parties.

    Governing Law

    This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory.

    3. Payment Method

    Please indicate how your Organisation wishes to make its Annual Contribution.




    Biosecurity Activity Levy acknowledgement

    By selecting payment via the Biosecurity Activity Levy, the Organisation acknowledges that its payment instruction will be provided to Plant Health Australia to action annually for the period 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2029. This instruction covers the Annual Contribution outlined in this communication from Plant Industry Forum Chair Nathan Hancock and specified in this Agreement, inclusive of GST, for each year of the Agreement.

    4. Execution

    The person signing below confirms that they are authorised to enter into this Agreement on behalf of the Organisation.
